Not at all! While most members are single or childfree, the Lounge also welcomes women with partners, aging parents, and even kids. The major steps to moving abroad are the same no matter your situation. However, please note that we do not currently provide specialized resources for moving with children (such as schooling or family adaptation).

No problem - most of our members do not have a remote job they can take abroad. That’s why we help members explore real options for remote work and provide resources to help you find or transition into a job that supports your move abroad.

Not at all. The Lounge is the perfect space to help you compare countries, explore your visa options, and find the best fit for your situation, lifestyle, and long-term goals.

The Lounge primarily focuses on Europe, since that’s where most of our members are planning their move. While we do have a few members living in or considering Latin America and other regions, most of our resources are Europe-based. You’re absolutely welcome to join no matter your destination—just keep in mind that our guidance leans mostly toward European countries.

It’s completely flexible. You can engage as much or as little as your schedule allows. Some members pop in daily or weekly for accountability and calls, while others check in monthly for updates and support as they move at their own pace. That said, we’ve seen that members who show up consistently and stay engaged tend to see results faster and feel more confident along the way.

Every journey looks different, but we’ve had women move abroad as quickly as 3 months after joining the Lounge! For most, they have a timeline of 6–18 months, depending on their personal situation, commitments, and challenges.

While Cepee is the main move abroad coach inside the Lounge, this isn’t a 1:1 coaching program—it’s a community-based membership. Cepee is active in the Lounge throughout the week, answering questions, sharing resources, and supporting members in group spaces.
Moving abroad truly takes a village, which is why you’ll also have access to a team of experts who join our live calls to cover visas, remote work, taxes, and more. Plus, Cepee hosts a monthly live session where you can get a hot seat with her, ask questions directly (on camera or off mute), and receive personalized feedback in a supportive group setting.
